WILL THE ACCOMMODATIONS BE SIMILAR TO THOSE IN THE U.S.?

Cuba's accommodations for tourists range from first-class historic hotels to budget properties.  If you want the amenities to which you are accustomed, it is recommended to stay in a hotel.  Nothing worse than having to shower with cold water, which could happen in a casa.  The cost of a casa is less, and so are the services.

WHAT KIND OF WEATHER CAN WE EXPECT?

Weather in Cuba is generally beautiful.  We will be traveling at the time of the year when hurricanes are not expected and the climate is dry. 

Of course it could rain from time to time so bring an umbrella.  If you get caught in a rainstorm, another solution is to duck into a bar and drink a mojito!
